Services Description: The Service is designed to improve the email experience by making it faster and more intelligent. Your Registration Obligations: You may be required to register with MailSpace in order to access and use certain features of the Service. If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form. Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not authorized to use the Service, with or without registering. In addition, if you are under 18 years old, you may use the Service, with or without registering, only with the approval of your parent or guardian. Use of Google APIs: MailSpace's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Security of your email:MailSpace will implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to customer data. You agree (a) to immediately notify MailSpace at security@MailSpace.com of any breach of security or potential security issue you notice while using the service; and (b) that MailSpace is not responsible for any electronic communications and/or content (as defined below) which are lost, altered, intercepted or stored without authorization during the transmission of any data whatsoever across networks not owned and/or operated by MailSpace. MailSpace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. Access to the Service: You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment and ancillary services needed to connect to, access or otherwise use the Service, including, without limitation, modems, hardware, server, software, operating system, networking, email servers, email services, web servers, web services, long distance and local telephone service (collectively, "Equipment"). You are responsible for ensuring that such Equipment and services are compatible with the Service (and, to the extent applicable, the Software (as defined below)) and complies with all configurations and specifications set forth in MailSpace's published policies then in effect. 2. Registration

8.2 Non-Refundable

All payments made for subscription plans are non-refundable, regardless of the usage level or duration. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months of service, unused subscription periods, or if you downgrade your subscription plan.

8.3 Renewals

Unless otherwise indicated in your account settings or communicated to us, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged using the payment method we have on file for you.

8.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that the cancellation will only prevent future billings and you will not receive a refund for any previous payments.
